To roll the prime from the 4 point to the 1 point six things need to happen. 3 slots and 3 covers. Here one of those 6 things has been done but the hit can make step one be redone. If the spares were badly placed then I see how not hitting might be right but here the spares are far away and 55 is ok. I am not understanding how 3/1 (2) can be correct. If one does hit then the trying to get hit strategy does come out best. The first RO was at a very high strength with moves being played at XG++. If 3 ply play is used results are switched around with the hitting plays having the top 3 spots and playing to get hit play coming out on top. Differences are small no matter what is done.
