computer help needed

I assume that you use to be able to enter Doubling Cube room in the past and it stopped working out of the blue? Out of the blue meaning you haven't changed any of your network equipment in our house (like Wifi, Cable/DSL modem etc).

If you have never been able to get into DC would help as well.

As Art mentioned if you had another PC in your house and it didn't work we then would know that it isn't specific to one computer.

If this is an out of the blue issue where it worked previously (and you haven't replaced any network equipment as mentioned above) then one thing I would do is contact your ISP and ask them if they are blocking Outbound port 2004, and if they are see if they can unblock it. If they claim it isn't blocked then that would be useful info to know.

I also sent you an email directly yesterday. Not sure if you received it or not.
