Notes on Match Recording

Sometimes when I am transcribing a match, the player rolls as he is bearing in, or bearing off,but resigns before he makes his move. Should I input the move anyway? Also,where is the best place to put in location, round,etc. as in Extreme gammon all of that information is input when you start transcribing.Do you want all the information included with the title: Example- Kazaross vs Petko 11 point match round 1 Vegas Championship.I thought that information could be opened up as it is all included under transcriptions. No problem anyway you want it.I aim to please! Thank you for the suggestions.
