All you can do for OtB analysis is hope to whittle it down as you have. Assuming your numbers are decent estimates which I believe they are now you know it's probably a close decision. Now you can make your OtB decision based on others factors such as:
- Is this position harder to play out for me or my opponent?
- Overall am I stronger than my opponent meaning his gammon value may actually be worth more than XG reports?
- Does my opponent play the upcoming scores well if I pass?
- If playing with a clock, what's the time situation for both players?
- Am I tired? Is he tired?
- Is it time to drink?
There are plenty of things you can consider, some more valid than others. For eg, if I was playing online in a match that means nearly nothing to me I would certainly take to see how it plays out at least one time.
