AdvBG #34 (above) is a cube decision. Blue has 126 pips.

Can anyone find the link for the N58 formula (originally, N57)? Anyway, for a straight race:

126 minus 32, doubled = 188, sqrt is between 13 and 14. So, it's a pass with a lead of 14, an initial cube at 11 (re-cube at 12).

Blue's actual lead is only 9, but contact favors him by a few extra pips. That makes it an easy double (redouble even). I believe White has enough to take.

[If you increase White's count by one more pip (move 7pt blot back to 8pt) I'd be inclined to pass.]
