I also thought 7/5 6/5 would have best win rate but 8/5 would have lowest EPC.

My reasoning was that 7/5 6/5 would lose on EPC when multiple 6s were rolled but since winning getting 6's was likely to win. Maybe opposite result is due to immediate ace plays worse and since winning worry about that low number.
