Turkey federation, Phil?

Phil, there are multiple "strong" organizations in Turkey, Phil. You are mistaken about the state of bg being settled there.

As long as you're including Turkey, start with their expectation that you use their standard tournament boards and require each tournament director to supply a nice (about $100) board for each match along with enough clocks so all open, intermediate and beginner players have one for each match.

Do you want that cost imposed on each director? Perhaps most directors don't necessarily want to see a standardization across the world. Might be expensive.
