Unless white rolls a 21 next turn she will either break anchor or crunch her homeboard. That's a 34/36 chance that her position will be much weaker when blue is forced to expose a shot.

Usually, the time to pay now is when your opponent's board is building strength, not when it's at it's peak and will only decline.

So, I pay later here. 6/1 6/3.
