My rule for doubling as the trailer when the leader is 2a is that I can cube if I'm within 8% of the opponent's tp if I have 3 or 4 market losers. If I have more than 3 or 4, I can double even sooner.

Here you're not within 8 but you have way more than 3 or 4. I'd send it over. If cubing is wrong, it can't be by much.
