In an article on the Monte Carlo 2013 tournament, Bob Wachtel mentioned the following proposition. V. Pryadkin, winner of the tournament, played against a player(s) who was allowed to consult with Snowie. As compensation, he received 1.5 points for every ten games played.

What is the Elo difference between two players to make this, 0.15 spot per game, an break-even proposition?
