For Stick to post a cube like this one there must be some QF. Ten pips ahead isn't normally enough to double. Two things might swing the decision: (1) this is partially a priming game in addition to a holding game, which means that White's racing vig takes a bit of a hit, and (2) the score, at which White's raw take point is 30%, which even with recube vig thrown in will mean she has to drop more quickly than for money. I'm guessing that this is ND/T for money and D/T at the score.
