30% is the dead cube take point. I said the cube had no special value meaning it's probably worth around what it is for money, 3.5-4%. Money the dead cube take point is 25% but live cube is generally around 21.5%. So if you figure a dead cube take point of 30% but owning the cube is worth 4% then our cube adjusted take point is 26%.
