I have read the other answers in the consultation, but still 9/7 looks better to me.

People talk about extending the prime. Sure, but then we'd like to extend it at the front as we only have a two point board, and 9/7 is just as good as leaving the nine slotted in that respect.

Is it worse getting hit on the 18 or the 9? I fear a hit on our 9 a lot more than on the 18. Hitting on the 9 is a partial escape, undermining our game plan of keeping the white back men back. Hitting on the 18 threatens to make a 3-prime.

I'm sticking with 13/9*/7
