With two on the roof and nine checkers in the zone the cube looks fairly straightforward. It can't be TG due to the Jacoby rule, and even without it I don' think it's TG.

Can white take? Only nine checkers in the zone, a made four point, blue stillhas two men back, and the ugly buried checkers on blue's ace seem to add up to a take. If white can anchor up she's right back in it.

I say take.
