When I play doubles I think I always play with someone I'm friends with. Doubles to me is more about having fun than scraping out every last bit of equity there is. This doesn't mean I knowingly let my partners play willy nilly but if there's something that comes up and my partner didn't understand and felt strongly then I'll let it go. Esp. here when we had dwindled our clock down too far due to the Falafel factor which is a bunch of yammering early in the match. We had less time to discuss plays than we should have OtB.
