Bias in how most do XG analysis?

I think David meant that the everything close goes into a 2nd deeper look would increase PR compared to the default settings where only the errors get the deeper look.

I don't see why looking at everything close (either deemed intially right or wrong) on a 2nd pass would systematically shift it one direction compared to first pass results.
