Good problem! Apparently Blue's race lead is too precious to risk a blot in his board.
Mochy has often emphasized that it's important to assess whether the opponent's forward position is more suited to priming or to attacking and to play accordingly. I've found this simple principle to be extremely useful. Here, White's position is clearly more suited to priming than to attacking. So anchoring is not important, but stepping up to the edge of the prime (either to run or to anchor at the edge if you can't run) is very important.
