Louie Deyong was no role model as a director, but once upon a time there were complaints about the slow play of a certain uber-famous player. When cautioned, the player said he took longer to make his plays because "I have more to think about" than lesser players.

"You have one penalty point. Think about THAT," said Louie.

During a World Cup KG was called to make a ruling that would have been technically correct, but very much antithetical to the spirit of the game. He told the player that he would be happy to make the ruling if the player really wanted him to, but would bar him from all future tournaments.
