looking for score adjustments for Keith count

I was just wondering if there is any modified formula for Keith count which takes score into account. In other words, how can I apply Keith formula for different scores with different double points and takes point? Is there any way to convert the result of Keith to Wining Chances (%WC). ?

I would really appreciate if you share your idea with me in case you know the answer.
