As I think you know, Rick Janowski has been working on a system where you can get titles like M1 and G2. His highest level is G1, which is roughly 3.0. One of my main criticisms of his system was that I don't believe that a 3.0 threshold should be the upper limit. Sooner than most people think, there will be several players that are clearly under 3.0 and then we will want another threshold (perhaps 2.5), but Rick's system doesn't easily allow for that.
