I like to leave the 5-point prime all the way it is. I wouldn't touch it, but try to improve it by playing 10/6. Then, one needs a checker to run with in order to keep up the timing. Therefore, 22/18 looks good. The backchecker on the opponent's acepoint and the anchor on the barpoint create a pattern which controls both the opponent's home and her outer board.

I consider XG 3-ply to be much more bustling with regard to the prime: 8/6 7/4. The last 2? I don't know. Perhaps XG 3-ply likes to establish a second anchor for safety reasons: 24/22.
