Blue has the better board and only 21 11 and 22 point on head if blue enters with the five. Loose hits are not to be feared with the better board. Hitting loose on the ace seems anti-positional - there's still a lot of game left and burying a checker at this point is not the way forward.

Blue doesn't want to lose a gammon here while gammon wins are meaningless so I'll try the safe bar/20 7/5. I'd be more aggressive at other scores.
