Do I have a prayer?

I've picked up the game again in the last few years after a long absence. I was pretty good in 1980, am better now after some study, and am consistent PR 8-9. So I can hold my own in amateur play. What is my chance in a 9-point match against a PR 3.5? Is there a calc for PR 8.5 vs 3.5?
