When it comes to checker play it is possible to do something like this:
where you have selected a player and clicked on an action tag to get a list of those positions where you have made this kind of error. Perhaps you'll find a lot more errors in a different category which would indicate that you should study those type of positions more.

These numbers are only from 17 uploaded matches where Phil has played but if you have thousands of games you have played you could end up getting some more interesting results.
Currently the number of tags are rather limited but I'm working on extending them in order to make this more useful. Some of these tags are rather easy to put into place but others are going to be a bit more tricky as it requires the server to be able to identify what makes one move better than another. Work in progress.
Eventually I think Backgammon Studio could become a rather useful tool to improve your game.
