I see two candidate plays:

1. 20/18, 13/10 - It is the quiet play that challenges the stripped White mid-pt and invites action in the outfield.

2. 6/1* - The common early game hit on the ace when the opponent has an anchor or a checker on our bar-pt. It breaks connectivity, leaves the opponent with some awkward 6s, and achieves tempo.

The problem with either play is that it strips an important point. It would have been easier to decide if the mid-pt or the 6 pt had two spares. Given White extra blot, and stronger board for Blue (best two pt board), I am inclined to hit, but won't be surprised if I am wrong or it is close.
