Keep it simple. Focus on fundamentals.

After hitting in the outfield, there are only 9 men in the zone. The checker at the ace is bad placed, if he is hit, he could rerun. The main lack for me is the splitted army and the time-consuming process, to put it all together. Blitzing or priming, I don’t see much pressure, because there is so much time to get fresh troops in the zone of fire. If white anchors, that’s it. And hitting now isn’t perhaps necessary. There will always be another you to shoot on, because half a roll white has to use for coming in. Because of the splitted army, I don’t want to play the game pure. Grab now the asset of a four-point board. And then waiting for white sailing under a stacked and stripped flag, doing my job. Every blot to shoot on in this process is buying time to scramble home the rear position. For me, the rule of thumb in the bot times is: if you are playing with the naked ace point, trying to recirculate this man is so so beat era. Making the ace-point commits, but it can be also an asset. Vince Lombardi said: “Play to your strengths.” So: keep it simple. Focus on fundamentals. Outboarding to the max. Shoot on the stray cats. Run to the endzone. Touchdown.
And the ace? Will I anchor? Is there a need for putting the guards together for a tackle? Or should I simply go for triple coverage of the outfield, shooting around, meanwhile simply running. I think so.
