Technically I think it's legal to publish the positions without any of Kit's commentary though I'm not 100% certain. It has been covered here on the forums before. Personally, I don't like it. It is like giving the book away in a sense. I rolled out all the bg books I own, which is basically all of them, and have offered them to people in the past. That offer was only to those who had already purchased the books though.

It's similar to what has happened with some Gammonvillage articles. People who are subscribers read them and then basically reproduce them in some tweaked way and somehow that's ok? Just doesn't seem right to me.
