We have a problem with this one

Steve Hast got this one wrong in his match in Connecticut, showed it to me, and I got it wrong, and we showed it to others, and they got it wrong. So let's see what you think. Would you get this right over the board, and if so, why?

We all agree that it is a double, and the questions is whether or not it is a take.
