Maybe there are three things to consider: 1), the second blot, which means that in and out scenarios are less powerful than usual, and that some time will be lost safety-ing blots; 2), the presence of builders allowing white to build an (impure) board quickly and before the 11-point can be cleared; 3) outfield control.

I don't know. Still looks like a drop to me.
