Estimating Cubeless Game Winning Chances

Anyone have a good way to estimate the cubeless Game Winning Chances (cGWC) here? Even if not, what's the proper cube action (White on roll, but Blue on roll could also be a real life problem assuming Blue owns the 4-cube)?





White is Player 2

Blue is Player 1
