I have not expressed an opinion about the original Giants list, and I won't. I also will not express an opinion about the revised list. But I disagree with the sentiment expressed by Bill and Florin.

Yes, the revised list seems to be vulnerable to the same criticisms that the original one was. However, there clearly ARE changes, and the committee states that the revision was "...based on new information about eight players who were not eligible to vote." Even though the committee does not address the larger questions that have been raised, they do address part of the issue, and they do explain why the list was revised.

Granted, you may not feel any different about the larger issues, but to say the revision is worse than doing nothing is, I think, unfair.
