After this list came out, we have seen many bashings from certain players and officials, that they're not worthy to vote or to be on the list. Giant Committee revised the list after checking some voter names apperently. The list in itself , is subjective, every player thinks differently who are the best players. Although i do not agree certain croatian players are actually top 32 in the world or carol joy cole top 64, but there is no reason to bash them. Let's finally agree and adopt common world backgammon ratings in which not only rich and elite tournaments are represented, but all international tournaments regardless how you percieve skills,. My opinion that backgammon world ratings and rankings should be based on results and achievements, not how people vote.
