Nack wrote: "The basic idea is that it is inefficient to end up with a builder on the 10pt. If Blue anchors in the first position (moving his builder to the 10pt), his offensive 31 and 63 will be duplicated for the next turn (assuming he is not hit)."

I cannot see how 63 is duplicated. I can see that 63 makes the barpoint, but what other move is there?
