I doubt you can find one professional cash no limit player who agrees with your fold preflop.

I don't know why you think you're "almost certain to be ahead" of everyone at that point

Because I'm almost certain to be ahead of everyone at that point, that's why lol

But there has been a lot of action behind, making this a no-brainer muck on the flop. If you are not already drawing dead to a set or K8s/K6s, there are so many ways you can lose on the turn or the river: for example, a straight draw or flush draw comes home; an opponent with something like KQ makes two pair or a set; or the board pairs itself counterfeiting your hand.

Nobody has kings. The odds against someone have 6s or 8s is beyond hard against. K8s or K6s are also not likely not only because of me having a lot of those outs but because of the preflop raise. I couldn't care less if I get the money in now and someone calls me with a straight draw or a flush draw or a Kx and they might suck out. This is huge positive equity for me. Sounds like you're scared to have someone call you because they might get there.

Instead of mucking, though, you're looking at 225 in the pot and you decide to add another 125 making it 350 to go (100 more for everyone to call). That's crazy. 100 more to call is nothing for anyone on a draw. In fact, anyone with 12-13 combo outs is looking as positive equity and should just re-raise to get everyone's money in. If you're going to raise, you should just go all-in then and there.

My raise did essentially put anyone else but this one player all in so not sure what you're complaining about.

... whether late position's all-in re-raise is based on a set two bigger pair, or some kind of combo draw.

Late position? And I already covered this, he can't have two bigger pair.

maybe he has lost his mind with one big pair or total air 5% of the time

A closer estimate would be 0%.

that you are drawing dead another 60% of the time

While I won't argue with the number you are basing it on things like 6K and 8K which again, don't exist.

But back to my original point: why potentially put yourself in that position by calling a raise out of position pre-flop with 8-6 offsuit?

Reference my first sentence of this post.
