If this is in Ohio and it is for HS football it will be considered legal.

If this is cash only how are you going to handle the rake for partial dollars? I would suggest that the rake is always rounded up to the nearest dollar and you are going to need a shitton of ones.

A bunch of local sports fans playing NL? It almost sounds like it would b worth flying back to Ohio to go to this ;)
