EUBGF headphones rule vs new USBGF rule

I believe unreasonable objections puts the obligation on the objector to show that the objections are reasonable, so the EUBGF rule seems to allow headphones, unless you can give a good reason why not. If the music is so loud the opponent can hear that would qualify as a reasonable objection. Aesthetic view of the game does not qualify.
