21/10 may be right, but 21/15 13/8 does give a possibly useful spare on the 8 point, gives what appears to be added flexibility in making points in either the inner or outer board, and ... encourages White to use his roll to move the 13 point blot. I think 21/15 13/8 gets hit only 3 more times (where's Sam?); I'd play it.
