I think we should hit, 13/9*, putting White on the bar vs our 3-pt board. Then, what to do with the 6? If we leave the blot on our mid, White hits with 1s from his mid, but he also enters with a 1. If we move 13/7, we give White more indirect shots from the bar (and more shots from his anchor on our 5 pt). If we move 9/3, we give him direct shots from the bar.

I'll go with 13/9* 13/7.
