Three-roll puzzle (new)

Ray Kershaw's three-roll puzzle (from the opening position, get all your checkers to your side of the board with fewest pips, opponent cooperating), to which Daniel Murphy provided the best solution, inspired me to compose this little puzzle:

White163

2O ' ' '2X4X '2X ' ' '5O

2X ' ' ' '5O '3O ' ' '5X

Blue167

Starting from the position above, each side played three times, and Blue got hit twice; nevertheless, in the resulting position -- in which there is no outfield blot -- he is ahead in the pipcount.

The new position is shown below, except only the White checkers are visible. The object of the puzzle is to fill in the rest of the board below: What is Blue's exact position?

White134

 ' ' ' '2X4X '2X ' ' '7X

 ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' '

Fill in Blue's checkersLess than 134
