Money with or without Jacoby?

I assume without Jacoby. But I would double for money as well, and with a centered cube I would play 13/8 10/4 for money as well.

The cube I can understand, winning a doubled gammon gets us out exactly at the score, so a cube here and not for money, OK. But why 24/18*/13 for money? Beats me.
