I'll take your word for the 9% number. Then I guess this would be almost a take on the basis of the race alone. On top of that, White has shot equity, so I guess Blue's winning chances are in 86%-87% range. I'd wait as well. Give Blue 3 more pips lead in the race, and I'd cube.
