I have been told each point of XG ER (performance rating) is worth ~26 ELO

MCG Average PR according to Iancho Hristov's data is 3.1, i'd guess eli roymi's about 4.6 maybe lets say so it's 1.5 PR diff which equals to 39 ELO points difference.
