(1) Maybe I was misreading between the lines of some postings here in this thread.

(2) I only wanted to repeat/present Falafel's point of view which part of the game seems to be more important (to him). And I thought that this match and his usual ER shows that (and supports Falafel's point) you can become a pretty decent player without perfect knowledge of the opening rolls.

Finally, unless I become a good player it makes much more sense for me to work on my frequent 0.150 checker play blunder than on the openings.

(Ah, and yes, I didn't look at the games when I wrote that I was impressed by both player's performance. I will do it later. Thanks to Stick and MCG for the hint.)
