Yes. 65R-62 and 65R-63 might be two further examples (provided by Dmitriy). In these and your examples, the GG+ play appears to be a better representative of the extremes of pre-Crawford scores, whereas the GG play is often better reprsentative of Crawford and Post-Crawford scores. In the latter case I think making the GG+ play rather than GG play will not normally result in significant errors (ie, usually less than 0.005). However, it may be generally prudent to consider all four positions, GG, GG+, GS and GS+.
