The 32 bit version should in theory work. The 16 bit versions won't unless you use 32 Bit versions of Win7/8 installed or are using a version of Win7/8 that came with Hyper-V or a virtualized copy of XP (not referring to XP compatibility modes). You could in theory use any virtualization software to run a copy of XP inside Win7/8 to run those products.
