It is this or 11/5. 13/7 is an unnecessary risk when the race remains close, and 13/8 6/5 looks to awkward. In exchange for only a few shots, we create more numbers to make the bar or 4 compared to 11/5, and the hitting numbers are good in any case, also after 11/5.
