Your time allotments seem tight to me, both from my own experience (recording matchlengths) and from the 'standards' used in Swiss, which I believe are 2 hours between starting times for 9-point matches. (You should know that latter better than I. :)

On a related topic, are we getting closer to "clocks required" in Open events? I think Rob Maier tried this (with partial Swiss on a non-threeday weekend, BTW) and possibly Patrick has used this in his two annual ABT events?

Do players who own clocks consistently bring them? I know the problem with "clocks required" is that few directors have sufficient supply but if 2/3 of players brought them (and shared them when possible) there would be no need to director to be on-the-hook.
