Hi Ian... looks like blue has to cough up another blot, if blue can survive whites attack then he has a nicely timed position which will make it tough for white to bring home his back two checkers...i prefer to play 8-2 duping 1s and keeping the midpoint in case blue rolls poorly after white hits inside his board and splits with a six making our midpoint blot a liability rather than an asset.
