Based on your % of checker play errors, I think that you'd do well to work on your checker play. Here's some thoughts.
1) At your level if your serious about this game, don't play XG which is supposed to be a training session when watching TV!
2) You may wish to categorize your checker play errors.
2a) Many intermediates don't play hard enough to completely crush their opps. Lots of finishing loose hits are missed in fear of some super joker sequence of returns.
2b) Soft play in general .. ie weak and non punishing plays are a characteristic of typical intermediate play when their opps have weak home boards.
2c) Many intermediates' checker play is an absolute mess when there are several checkers back. Are you heading towards backgames too much? Are you misplaying both sides of a backgame?
3) What % of your checker errors are bcuz you never saw or thought of the play?
4) Cube
Your missing too many doubles and yet doing very well with the take pass decision for a 9.6 player.
4a) Put yourself in your opp's position when you are thinking about cubing. Look at real market losers, look at what happens when you roll a dud.
