I don't think this is a good idea. It puts TD in a position of choosing who are the "good guys" and who are the "bad guys," which could create ill-will and compromise TD's position as an impartial judge.

This is always a problem. There are people who have certain reputations, and they get treated a little bit differently.

In this thread, I'm thinking of ONE specific person. I haven't named names, but I know for a fact that many people know exactly who I'm talking about.

A better solution is to modify the tournament's policy on recording matches. It could say, for example, that the recorded video should be made available to the opponent following the match. (The tournament might even have a computer on hand to ease this process.)

This seems like a good idea on paper, but when I'm running a tournament, I do not have time to deal with this stuff. And there's NO WAY I'm going to let anybody shove their USB stick into my computer hole. This solution is not better, and it's not worse... it's different.
